The 9 Veils Placed On Every Human Soul

dhahffhsfhsby A. True Ott, PhD

Nearly a decade ago, a dear friend and colleague of mine named Don Harkins authored a wonderfully thought-provoking piece entitled “Slavery and the Eight Veils”. Prior to Harkins’ untimely death, we discussed this “Eight-veils theory” for literally hours together – and in the end, Don asked me to write a piece about this for his newspaper, “The Idaho Observer.”  He did this, because I had shared much of my research with Don, and we together came to the conclusion that in reality, there were actually NINE veils placed on the human soul (i.e. intelligence), and that spiritual progression and thus a full knowledge of TRUTH would require the piercing of these Nine Veils.

I joked with Don that this topic would take an entire edition of The Idaho Observer, and then it would only scratch the surface.  That was one of Don’s editorial talents – taking a complex story and compressing it to a more readable format.   In memory of Don Harkins, here is the writing we discussed, in as compressed a format as possible.

WHY NINE VEILS INSTEAD OF EIGHT
Any dedicated seeker of truth eventually stumbles upon the incredible symmetry and structure of mathematics, which is especially true in fractal geometry involving the integers 1-9.  For a most basic example, just take a look at these nine equations:

(1 x 8) + 1= 9

(12 x 8) + 2 = 98

(123 x 8) + 3 = 987

(1234 x 8) + 4 = 9876

(12345 x 8) + 5 = 98765

(123456 x 8) + 6 = 987654

(1234567 x 8) + 7 = 9876543

(12345678 x 8) + 8 = 98765432

(123456789 x 8) + 9 = 987654321

Amazing, isn’t it?  I find it very interesting, furthermore, that all of the great philosophers in history such as Archimedes, Copernicus, Socrates, and DaVinci all were mathematicians first and foremost.   I submit that everything from biblical prophecy to DNA strands are built and based on quite simple mathematical formulas and patterns – but I am getting ahead of the story, for understanding the role of mathematics is in itself one of the nine hidden veils.

Consider also the so-called “mystery schools” of antiquity.  In shadowy temples in Sumer and Babylon – the Kabbalah showed the way to the ultimate “Holy of Holies” – the re-veil-a-tions (revelation, i.e. the parting of the veils) of life, the creation, of God and when embraced in honor and truth, the very Origins of Man.  This involved systematically piercing and embracing 9 levels of understanding or “Truth Plateaus” before finally entering “Nirvana” (or the ultimate unity with God) as depicted in modern “tracing boards”.

Cold Fusion Breakthroughs

Cold fusion reactor verified by third-party researchers, seems to have 1 million times the energy density of gasoline

cold-fusion-e-cat-red-hotBy Sebastian Anthony

Andrea Rossi’s E-Cat — the device that purports to use cold fusion to generate massive amounts of cheap, green energy — has been verified by third-party researchers, according to a new 54-page report. The researchers observed a small E-Cat over 32 days, where it produced net energy of 1.5 megawatt-hours, or “far more than can be obtained from any known chemical sources in the small reactor volume.” The researchers were also allowed to analyze the fuel before and after the 32-day run, noting that the isotopes in the spent fuel could only have been obtained by “nuclear reactions” — a conclusion that boggles the researchers: “… It is of course very hard to comprehend how these fusion processes can take place in the fuel compound at low energies.”

This new report [PDF] on the E-Cat was carried out by six (reputable) researchers from Italy and Sweden. While the new E-Cat looks very different from previous iterations, the researchers say that it uses the same “hydrogen-loaded nickel” and additives (most notably lithium) as a fuel. The device’s inventor, Andrea Rossi, claims that the E-Cat uses cold fusion — low-energy nuclear reactions, LENR — to fuse nickel and hydrogen atoms into copper, releasing oodles of energy.

The researchers, analyzing the fuel before and after the 32-day burn, note that there is an isotope shift from a “natural” mix of Nickel-58/Nickel-60 to almost entirely Nickel-62 — a reaction that, the researchers say, cannot occur without nuclear reactions (i.e. fusion). The researchers say there is just 1 gram of fuel inside the E-Cat…

The Laws of Nature That Can Be Applied to Daily LIfe

Image11. Nature’s Law Of Teamwork

Bees work together to find flowers and gather pollen for their hive, lions use strategy to coordinate attacks on their prey, and sea otters hold hands to keep from floating away from each other. In that spirit we must work together. Nature provides us with perfect examples as to how we can all work together as one.

The important thing to remember when it comes to teamwork is that we are all in the same boat. Understand that the whole purpose of a team is working together. When one person isn’t cooperating it makes situations challenging when they really shouldn’t be. Think about it: if one lion decided that they wanted to be lazy while the rest of the pride was trying to pick up her slack it probably would take twice the effort to bring down a zebra. Supporting each other goes a long way when it comes to teamwork. Show your team what your made of!

2. Nature’s Law Of Being Present

With today’s many outlets for social interaction, the mind can be very cluttered. Sometimes it’s best to put yourself in the here and now. Even if it means stopping and appreciating the birds chirping or the beautiful mountains. One cannot truly bring themselves into the present until they are completely aware of their surroundings.

The world is a wonderful place to explore. Maybe instead of playing video games or mindlessly scrolling through your phone or computer, leave all bits of technology behind and go for a walk. Embrace the great outdoors!

Buddhist Monk Displays “Unheard Of” Brain Activity While Meditating

mnkmedMeet the world’s happiest man, Mattieu Ricard. Ricard is a 66 year old Tibetan monk and geneticist, who has displayed unheard of brain gamma waves. These gamma waves are intertwined with attention, learning, memory, and consciousness. These unheard of gamma waves are what lead researchers to declare Mattieu as the world’s happiest man. Ricard claims meditation is the secret to his blissful success.

“Meditating is like lifting weights or exercising for the mind”, Ricard told the Daily News. “Anyone can be happy by simply training their brain”, he states.

In order to actually quantify how happy Ricard truly is, neuroscientists from the University of Wisconsin hooked him up to 256 sensors, which they attached to his skull. After being hooked up to the sensors, he focused attention on compassion. During his meditation, Ricard’s brain produced gamma waves off the charts! His brain also displayed intense amount of activity in his prefrontal cortex, equating to an overly large capacity for happiness, according to researchers.

1,000-year-old onion and garlic eye remedy kills MRSA

An eye salve from Anglo-Saxon manuscript Bald's Leechbook was found to kill MRSA
An eye salve from Anglo-Saxon manuscript Bald’s Leechbook was found to kill MRSA

A 1,000-year-old treatment for eye infections could hold the key to killing antibiotic-resistant superbugs, experts have said.

Scientists recreated a 9th Century Anglo-Saxon remedy using onion, garlic and part of a cow’s stomach.

They were “astonished” to find it almost completely wiped out methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus, otherwise known as MRSA.

Their findings will be presented at a national microbiology conference.

The remedy was found in Bald’s Leechbook – an old English manuscript containing instructions on various treatments held in the British Library.

Anglo-Saxon expert Dr Christina Lee, from the University of Nottingham, translated the recipe for an “eye salve”, which includes garlic, onion or leeks, wine and cow bile.

Synchronicity, Evolution & Your Genes

by r

imageOver the past decade, the hunt for genetic connections with behavior has intensified. For any experience, there must be a physical activity in the brain—otherwise, the experience has no basis. Using this irrefutable assumption, researchers have looked for the seat of anger, criminal behavior, gender identification, the sense of self, and many other aspects of human nature. This includes spirituality. Where is God in the brain? To many neuroscientists, that’s not only a valid question but the only one worth asking, insofar as spiritual experiences have any reality.

Now we are hearing about “God in the genes,” as genetics overtakes neuroscience for the top spot in explaining the roots of human experience. Where the brain operates only in the present, genetics peers deep into the past. A geneticist would want to know what evolutionary advantage early humans got from being spiritual—in the broadest sense of the word—that led to a better chance to survive. This whole line of inquiry, whether we’re taking about the brain or our genes, makes sense if you are a materialist. But it runs the danger of saying that spirituality is only about the physical side of the experience, as if music could never be discussed except by looking at pianos and radios, the physical side of delivering the musical experience.

The materialist explanation is filled with philosophical flaws, but instead of focusing on that, it’s more productive to ask how the brain and genes relate to spiritual experience. The physical side must be accounted for, without making it the whole story. To explore a new kind of explanation that embraces both the physical and non-physical, let’s examine an experience that most people have had. Without experiencing God, angels, the soul, or other traditionally religious things, almost everyone has had at least one or two inexplicable coincidences in their lives.

Astral Projection: The Basics Explained

Image1by Erin Pavlina

What is astral projection?

Astral Projection occurs when you consciously separate your soul or astral body from your corporeal body. If the body houses your soul, as some believe, then astral projection is the separation of those two. Your consciousness goes with the astral body.

Is it the same as an out-of-body experience?

Yes, the effect is the same. An out-of-body experience can sometimes happen unconsciously, though. In other words, I consider an out-of-body experience to be when someone suddenly, and without conscious intent, leaves their body. This happens during trauma or surgery for example. It doesn’t usually last very long, whereas astral projection lasts as long as you want it to.

What happens to your body when you astral project?

Your body is left behind in a sort of stasis. It’s still alive and functioning even though the astral body is gone. A silver cord, as it’s called, attaches your astral body to your corporeal body and keeps you connected. If the silver cord is cut, you die.

Is that what happens in death?

I believe so, yes. Your astral body, your spirit, your soul, whatever you want to call it, the essential, conscious “you,” leaves your body behind, just an empty shell of organs, blood and flesh with no soul. Your soul continues on to its next destination.
