GNIP Call – AZ Ombudsman Jane May

Hello Jane,

In the PDF, if you scroll down to Page 29 you’ll see ‘Annex A’. This section is the ‘Categories of Crown copyright material’. Under this section if you scroll to the bottom of the page and look on the right hand side in the Example/Explanation column, it reads, and I quote “Civil Service Year Book, The Diplomatic List. Birth, death and marriage certificates, driving licenses and passports, land certificates and office copies of registers or title sheets.” On the phone we established that the body of the work is what is copyrighted. The body meaning the Legal Name, Date of Birth and Social Security Number, at least one if not all three of these are needed To contract with SRP to begin with, correct me if I am wrong. So being that the fraud was committed by both parties, once the fraud is revealed it is nullified and void, nunc pro tunc. So on the side of SRP a Legal Name was needed to start the account, so a Legal Name is also necessary to close it. As you did not get an admission of a Legal Name, thus accepting your invitation to commit copyright infringement from this individual, turning off the power was not a lawful act on the part of yourself or SRP. The individual who was arrested and thus harmed by the actions of yourself and your agency, will not be giving a Legal Name to the Law Enforcement Agents as well. As a third party informer I hope this helped you and the individual resolve any confusion that might have been a barrier in communicating with each other. If you need any more details or explaining, feel free to give me another call. Thank you for your time and the link for the Legislation page will be posted below.

Lighten Up!

storm balloon3by

So, you’ve been on the spiritual path a good while now, and feeling pretty OK with your progress.  You’ve read the books, attended the whole life expos, and generally processed & integrated your assets off.  In your quest of becoming you have opened your heart, learned gratitude and forgiveness; all while wrestling with your ego for control of your life.   Because you know what it’s about, you just say you’re a work in progress.

It certainly hasn’t been easy getting to this point, and all indications are it’s about to get a good deal more difficult in the days ahead.  These are halcyon days we’re living through, lots going on that demands our attention; maintaining ourselves is more important than ever now…and maybe you even sense that too.  Have you noticed recently that some hard lessons & bad memories have returned from whatever void you banished them to?

In recent months have you suddenly been overwhelmed by these negative memories & emotions from the past; when you weren’t even thinking on the subject to begin with?  Most likely you haven’t done anything to trigger such a release, so you sure as hell don’t expect them when they hit.  Have the ugly brothers regret, remorse & resentment been trying to move back into your subconscious?

Been wondering to yourself lately why so many of these gremlins have returned so long after you healed that wound and balanced that energy?  What is going on here?  Knowing you did things right the first time, you cannot understand why these ghosts have come back to haunt you at this critical time.  I call them ghosts because that is kinda what they are; heavy negative residue left over from “the old days” before you got your chakras and aura back into good shape.

The Phoenix Generation: A New Era of Connection, Compassion & Consciousness

by Kingsley L. Dennis

phoenixIn the years ahead we are going to see great change sweeping through our diverse human societies. It will be change not only brought about by intentional minds and willing hearts; but also by necessity, by coercion, and from an evolutionary imperative. The 21st century will be equivalent to the dramatic ‘flat Earth to round Earth’ shift that was thrust upon humanity centuries before. Some may say we are in the midst of a 3rd Industrial Revolution. Yet rather than referring to this transition as an ‘industrial’ one, I consider this profound shift as a Revolution in Human Being – or rather as a Revolution in Human Becoming. The possibility of a genuine planetary civilization – with unity through diversity – and with the participation of an awakened and aware humanity, was never on the cards…until now. We have entered a phase where there will be new forms, new arrangements, new structures, new perspectives, and new emerging states of being.

We are, quite literally, shifting from one set of C-Values – Competition ~ Conflict ~ Control ~ Censorship – to a new set: Connection ~ Communication ~ Consciousness ~ Compassion. The world is re-arranging in order to come together in countless new ways – with innovative changes in our communication, our uses of technology, through conscious awareness, through people-centered action, and more. These are the seeds coming to harvest as part of a re-awakening, re-ordering, and re-balance upon this planet. We should recognize that the issues at stake are much larger than governments – they are global and dispersed throughout the peoples of the world. These issues are also too important to be left in the hands of governments alone. The future will be about visioning beyond our limitations – thinking anew, and in ways we are currently unaccustomed to. This is the new consciousness – not conceiving or perceiving within the old patterns. External change is not enough if there is no real change within each one of us.

The current generation(s) will be the ones who will have to shoulder the mental and emotional responsibility of change as they are forced to let go of both external and internal systems and states that are no longer beneficial to our future development. This is why I refer to our current generation(s) as the ‘Bridge Generation’, as it will be required of us to straddle both worlds. Those generations that come after us will be born as change rather than being born into change – this is a slight yet very significant difference.

The 7 Liberal Arts – Trivium, Quadrivium and Logical Fallacies

01003a

In medieval universities the Trivium combined with the Quadrivium comprised the seven liberal arts. This teaching method is based on a curriculum outlined by Plato. One of the key intentions behind applying the Trivium and the Quadrivium is to distinguish between reality and fiction. By training the mind how to think – instead of what to think – this method provides a teaching of the art and the science of the mind as well as the art of the science of matter.

 Tools of Knowing
The Trivium and the Quadrivium are often presented in a Pythagorean triangle which represents the human way of knowing :

01004d

Any observation enters our mind through the 5 senses. Then we use our mind and apply the Trivium and the Quadrivium in order to process the observation. This process consists of several steps which enable us to understand how the observation relates to what we already know, how we can explain this new piece of information to others and how we can store it in a methodical way.

 The Trivium method of thought

The Trivium is the first half of the 7 Liberal Arts. It consists of 3 elements : General grammar, formal logic and classical rhetoric. Sacred texts often refer to these 3 elements as knowledge, understanding and wisdom. The overarching topic of the Trivium is communication and language.

  • General grammar : The systematic method of gathering raw data and ordering the facts of reality into a consistant body of knowledge.
  • Formal logic : Bringing full and intimate understanding to this body of knowledge by systematically elimitating all contradictions within it.
  • Rhetoric : Communicating this comprehensive knowledge and understanding to others in order to utilize the gained insights in the real world.

Logical Fallacies

This is a list of logical fallacies which are commonly used in arguments, this is part of the aspect of logic within the Trivium. You will probably find this to be a really useful part of this article because once you become aware of these tactics, you will be able to see them whenever anybody uses them on yourself.

  • Ad Hominem : Responding to a statement by a personal attack. It is the attempt to discredit the other persons character so you can avoid responding to their arguments in a logical way
  • Appeal to Authority : Sometimes we have to look for answers from an expert. If someone refers to the opinion of an expert it is important to check if a) the person is really an expert and b) if the person is biased e.g. due to financial ties they have regarding the subject. It should always be checked if an appeal to authority can be avoided and if the argument can be resolved on different level of argument
  • Appeal to Belief : Argumenting that something is true because the majority of the population believes it to be true
  • Appeal to Common Practise : Argumenting that a particular action or behaviour is good – e.g. morally correct – just because everybody behaves this way
  • Appeal to Emotion : Attempt to gain support through emotions rather than the objective substance of the argument.
  • Appeal to Fear : By painting a picture of dire consequences a particular decision might have, any logical argument in favour of this decision can thus be seen as irrelevant
  • Appeal to Flattery : Person A is flattered by person B. Person B makes a claim, since person A likes person B he accepts this claim without critical examination
  • Appeal to Novelty : What is newer must be better
  • Appeal to Popularity : Since most people approve something, it must be true
  • Appeal to Ridicule : Since a particular topic is ridiculed and laughted at by other people it must be false or unimportant
  • Appeal to Spite : If a person can not have or achieve a particular goal he simply looks down on this goal as not being worth achieving anyway
  • Appeal to Tradition : Since a particular behaviour or conclusion has been correct for a long time and has become a tradition, it must also be correct now aswell
  • Bandwagon : A claim is accepted simply because it is considered popular within the adressed group  not because it is true
  • Begging the Question : Assuming as true, what in fact needs to be proven first. This is an issue of circular logic. It is commonly used in religion : How can we know, God really exists ? Well because we can read about him in the Bible and the Bible is the unquestionable word of God.
  • Biased Sample : For a poll which presumably covers the entire variety of the population actually only people are considered which have a predisposition about the subject
  • Composition : Since a component consists of A, B and C and A, B and C have a particular trait, also the component must have that same trait
  • Division : Since a component has a particular trait and it consists of A, B and C it can be concluded that A, B and C must have the same trait as the compontent itself
  • False causal relationship : Argumenting that a particular event was caused by previous event just because this previous event happened before the actual event. In reality both events might be totally unrelated and the timing sequence was a pure coincidence.
  • False Dilemma : Presenting only two options as a solution a problem, while not mentioning other possible options
  • Genetic Fallacy : The dubious origin of a claim discredits the claim itself
  • Guilt By Association : By establishing an artificial association between a claim and e.g. a group that is anti-social the claim itself is portrayed as inacceptable
  • Middle Ground : If there are two opposing position on a topic this does not necessarily imply that the “correct” position is in the middle of both extremes
  • Pointing at others : Injecting another party into the argument – another authority higher up in the chain which is outside of your field of influence. By blaiming this higher authority it is no longer necessary to reply with a logical argument
  • Repeating statements to make them appear true : By repeating a particular statements multiple times within a short period of time, the listener might accept them as true. This is particularly valid for the mass media and news on television
  • Smoke Screen : When coming up to a difficult argument, people simply start throwing a long list of other issues into the discussion hoping that the difficult argument is forgotten in the process
  • Spotlight : The fact that a particular subject is repeatedly focused upon by many people does not imply that it really is of any importance
  • Straw Man : Taking the position or claim of another person, exaggerating and distorting it and then attacking this distored claim because it is easier to debunk

Musician Uses Sound to Manipulate Tesla Coil, Fire, and Matter

feature_image_templateNigel Stanford isn’t just a musical genius, but by the looks of this video he has a strong passion for science as well.

I have a personal love for cymatics, Tesla, and the Ruben’s tube (long tube of fire), and if you can bring all of these features together with amazing music you have blown my mind!

What’s even better is the fact that everything you see in Stanford’s video is 100% pure.

Besides some amazing camera work, no experiment was fabricated.

In fact, you can see the behind scenes of this video HERE.

“In 1999 I watched a documentary on Synesthesia — a disorder that effects the audio and visual functions of the brain. People with the disorder hear a sound when they see bright colours, or see a color when they hear various sounds. I don’t have it (I don’t think), but I have always felt that bass frequencies are red, and treble frequencies are white,” Stanford wrote.

“This got me thinking that it would be cool to make a music video where every time a sound plays, you see a corresponding visual element. Many years later, I saw some videos about Cymatics — the science of visualising audio frequencies — and the idea for the video was born.” (CNET)

Truth v Lies

by jollygeri

Truth-or-LiesWhatever you are doing, wherever you are going, whoever you be, and whatever the circumstances, truth is the only way. Lies are what will get you into trouble, one way or another. Think not that you can EVER get away with a lie – the sort of lie that harms another. This sort of lie will all ways catch up with you – all ways!!! Do not think that. you “got away with it” because you didn’t. Creation KNOWS. You cannot hide from creation, not now, not ever. Truth is the only way.

Lies are putrid – yes, they will rot inside of you and start to stink. This is why you cannot get away with them. Just when you thought you did get away with a lie, someone, or something will call you out. This is when you become defensive, angry and will do anything to try to make the other one believe your lie. But this will not work. Your reaction is what will reveal the truth. There are some who are serial liars. They do it so often that they think they are impervious to being found out. They get themselves deeper and deeper into the shit of lying. Eventually, they are stuck so deep in shit, it is almost impossible to free themselves. This is what is called payback!!

Truth, on the other hand, will set you free. You have no thing to hide – ever. You have no fear or concern about what anyone has to say or thinks about you. You only stand in truth, so there can be no fear of exposure because you only express yourself in truth. Those who stand in truth are healthy in mind and body. The more truth you express, the more and more healthy the mind and body becomes. It happens naturally without effort. Truth is the ultimate solution to ill and evil. Truth will never let you down. Truth is your friend, yesterday, today, tomorrow and next year – into infinity.

Remember, there is no time that you will suffer when you stand in truth. Suffering does not exist when you live, breathe and exude truth. Only contentment can exist when you stand in truth. Now and all ways.

Reflections of the Inner World

by

reflection-of-the-self“Everything inside and around us wants to reflect itself in us. We don’t have to go anywhere to obtain the truth. We only need to be still and things will reveal themselves in the still water of our heart.” – Thích Nhất Hạnh

There is purity in the gaze of the being in the mirror. Vulnerability and truth, that allows for its audience to levy their perception. It stands as a metaphor to reality as an image forged of clarity, with the backdrop of attachments that crowd our lives through instruments of sentimental canalizations.

The reflection is pure, for it has not perception that plagues [defines] its existence, it is born anew when we set before a reflective surface and dies as it watches us leave. It holds no prejudice to past or future, while we see our identity leashed to our predominant tendencies. As we consciously move our gaze to all the parts of its façade fixated on its flaws and beauty; it beholds staring into the eyes of its creator. The soul purpose of its existence martyred to the schism of polarization and self-analysis.

The reflection’s contortion towards vulnerability parallels our own. Vulnerability is a glimpse of skin underneath the carefully constructed façade of the personality. We project onto our reflections as they function in a spiritual sense, as windows into our esoteric landscape. The thoughts we project onto our reflections wreak insurgence deep within our subtle perception mechanisms. Its luster burns with purity despite all our bigotries dulling our own.

You look and you may stare but if you don’t give something of yourself, you will never know that which you see. Encounters with people are deeply entwined with subtle encounters within ourselves through the drama of connection.

Animals With Unexpected Colors

unusual-colored-animalsThe majority of animals around the world are a shade of black, brown, yellow, or white. You don’t expect to see a sea of blue lobsters, or a flock of pink birds, unless you are hanging out with the flamingos of course.

Certain animals are known for being certain colors. While a yellow frog looks strange because frogs are stereotypically green, a yellow bird is no big deal. Just like a white rabbit is a common magician pet, a white squirrel causes you to do a double take.

These 20 photos are not Photoshopped, all of these animals are naturally blessed with unique splashes of color that make them truly stand out from the rest.

The Purple Snail

This isn’t the only purple snail on the planet, an entire world of violet snails exist deep beneath the ocean waves.

snailRed Velvet Ant

Interestingly, this ‘ant’ is actually a wasp from the Mutillidae family, which include over 3,000 different species. The females are wingless and resemble giant ants made of red velvet.
