“The system of Birth Certificates is wholly without legitimacy, a global system of organized fraud and crime and without lawful effect”

Birth Certificates are not “extremely valuable” to the holder in whose name the certificate is issued

While it is true that Birth Certificates are considered valuable securities that are traded amongst the private international entities and the elite, the holder in whose name the certificate is issued does not have access to such value.

Instead, by holding the Birth Certificate, the man or woman essentially consent to being treated as a pauper or peon and the sole obligation of the elite to provide mere scraps so that the man or woman does not die of starvation or great illness.

As Settlement Certificates and later Birth Certificates are solely and purposefully designed to disenfranchise men and woman from their rightful inheritance through voluntary enslavement and admission to being “paupers”, the system of Birth Certificates is wholly without legitimacy, a global system of organized fraud and crime and without lawful effect.

You Are Not The Legal Name

imagesWell it’s been quite a journey since my last post. To sum it up I would say that I have come to the realisation that the world we live in, with its social structures that we have come accustomed to, are quite different than what they appear. This came about after listening to Kate of Gaia whose website http://kateofgaia.wordpress.com/ contains all her writings journaling her journey from a “Freeman” to the unlimited god spark that she is, that we all are.

Whilst I had already come to the conclusion that all countries are in fact corporations and that the persona of a person was the interface given to the living flesh and blood man, for which all these thousands of statutes have been written for. What I hadn’t fully appreciate was that through the birth registration process (a further exploration of the Birth Certificate’s history, dating back to the 1500s can be found here http://euro-union-court.org/info_ecclesiastical_deed/edp_birth_certificates.htm ), the name (or more specifically a derivative of it), given to us by our parents was GIFTed to the Crown Corporation and has become copyright protected.

From Black’s Law dictionary 9th edition it states the following:

gift, n. (12c) 1. The voluntary transfer of property to another without compensation. [Cases: Gifts 1.]2. A thing so transferred. gift, vb.

And this, also from Black’s Law dictionary 9th edition:

gamete intrafallopian transfer. (ca. 1984) A procedure in which mature eggs are implanted in a woman’s fallo pian tubes and fertilized with semen. – Abbr. GIFT. Also termed gamete intrafallopian-tube transfer. Cf. ZYGOTE INTRAFALLOPIAN TRANSFER; ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION; IN VITRO FERTILIZATION.

“I… believe in an everyday sort of magic — the inexplicable connectedness we sometimes experience with places, people, works of art and the like; the eerie appropriateness of moments of synchronicity….” Charles de Lint

This past week a friend of mine had a baby. She was born on 1/11/11, at 3:03 pm, and weighed 5 lbs 15 oz. Numbers tend to flit by me rather like sparrows in the park, (oh look, it’s a bird) and I totally missed the way they lined up until another friend pointed it out. Two days ago, as I was struggling to break free of a sticky section of the novel I’m revising, I discovered that not one, not two, but three of my online writer friends were all stuck on the same page of their corresponding works in progress. The fact that it was Page 13 we were all struggling with is another weird little piece of reality.

Synchronicity? Maybe. According to Marie Louise von Franz, Synchronicity…means a ‘meaningful coincidence’ of outer and inner events that are not themselves causally connected. The emphasis lies on the word ‘meaningful’.

It’s highly possible that a bunch of writers all stuck at the beginning of a work in progress isn’t meaningful – hell, we’re always stuck somewhere. And I doubt that my friend’s baby is going to grow up to be some super heroine or Messianic figure or any such thing. Still, as I travel through time I find these weird little clusters of events fascinating.

Putting things into perspective

The common understanding of physics, the universe, space travel and telescopes is not good. For people like us, there are pictures that illustrate how minuscule our world is compared to the vastness of infinite possibilites. Thanks to technology today, pictures like the ones below explain things in a way that even the most watered down Neil deGrasse Tyson Quote can be proud of. Again, thank you internet gods for bestowing mind-blowing information effectively to the common folk. So let’s begin by checking out the true size of our world.
